Some of Susan's runners at their goal event

Some of our Broad St Runners

How we got started
Back in the 90's Susan Pajer was approached by a local runner, Art Burger, with the idea of teaching people to run. Back then there was no internet, running coaches were just for the fastest runners. Out of that thought came the Beginning Women Running Class held at D-town's Central Park. It was a huge hit, 100's of women came out to become runners. Over the years Susan's programs have trained 1000's of men, women, and children to become runners. Today Forerunnerfitness carries on her tradition of training people to run in a group setting, while providing expert guidance and knowledge.
